I used the Whisper White for the card bases. But you might consider purchasing the Stampin' Up! note cards to save you time. The cards and envelopes come in a set of 20 (131527) for $5.95. Then it is just a matter of decorating the cards with this beautiful paper.
I cut the banners with the Banner Framelits set and used the Label Love and Label Something stamp sets.
The punches used are the Artisan Label and the 7/8 inch scallop.
