All Dressed Up

I love to play with paper and that's what I did with this Graphics 45 Steampunk Debutante DSP.  Every now and then I stray from Stampin' Up! but I don't stay away for very long.  It was fun to cut up this DSP to conform with the sketch challenge.

The sentiment is from Stampin' Up!'s All Dressed Up.

Digi Challenge 2

My second attempt at the digital challenge, hence, Digi Challenge 2.

Check out the site: http://www.pmretreat.com/pmdc/

Easter Blessings

I have been working on Easter Cards all week and couldn't quite get it right.  I think I like this one the best out of all the things I've tried this week.   I submitted this one in the PPA Sketch Challenge this week.  I used Stampin' Up! Naturals Ivory and Old Olive Card Stock.   The sentiment is SU and instead of ink I used markers and the huffing technique.  The embossing folder is SU Lacy Brocade.

Here are the other Easter Cards I made this week.  They are all variations on the one above.

Change of Address

What a fun Stamp set!  I had a ball making this card for one of the girls at work.  She is closing on her her new home on Friday.  This stamp set is perfect.

I used the Sycamore Street DSP (you still have a chance to get some), Whisper White and Rich Razzleberry Card Stock.  Stamp Set is All Dressed Up, with the matching framelit, Rich Razzleberry ink, Delicate Designs Embossing folder and the Scallop Trim Border punch.  A few Pearl Basic Jewels for the necklace and Stitched Grosgrain Ribbon for the belt.

I can't wait to try the Pop'n'Cuts with this set.  Happy Stamping!

Happy St. Patrick's Day

Sunday is St. Patrick's Day. That is not a work day for me.  I like to bring paper crafted holiday treats into work on holidays because: (1) It is fun and (2) I get to stamp.

Tomorrow is our annual HR Leadership retreat-a perfect opportunity for sharing some St Patrick's Day treats.  I used retired Stampin' Up! stamps to wrap and bag some Hershey Nuggets.

Happy Birthday with a Cherry on Top!

OK, so its not traditional, but these are Birthday Ice Cream Cones.

The Paper Players color challenge this week included Regal Rose, Pool Party, Lucky Limeade and Early Espresso.
To keep in line with the challenge, we have Regal Rose and Pool Party sherbet on an Early Espresso chocolate sugar cone.
That's not glitter on the sherbet; it is Heat Embossed Iridescent Ice.  Other supplies are the Petite Pennants Builder and the Cupcake Builder punches, Early Espresso ink (on the cones), Regal Rose ink on the sentiment and A Word for You stamp set.
You still have time to leave a comment on my Tuesday post to win some blog candy to be awarded tonight.  Winner posted tomorrow morning.

I made the six cards below using Sycamore Street DSP.  It is just perfect for spring.  I paired this paper with another free item...The Patterned Occasions Stamp Set.

Using those two products and Stampin' Up! Note Cards and Envelopes, I whipped up a half-dozen cards in no time.  Having the note cards and envelopes, some DSP and a cute stamp on hand allows you to be prepared to create a card for those last minute situations.  My blog candy today is the set of six note cards and envelopes.
