Pals April Blog Hop

Welcome to the Pals Blog Hop for April. To celebrate Earth Day, this month we are showcasing projects that feature recycled, re-purposed, or earthy/recycling themed elements.

You may just be starting the blog hop or may have come from #4 Colleen Mollema at Uncanny Crafting on the Pals Hop. If you get off track at any time, the full lineup below will help you move along from blog to blog so you see all of the amazing creations.

Have you ever used the product "Grip-it Rug Stop"? You cut out the portion you need for your scatter rug or your chair pad and then you have scraps leftover.

And, as all you crafters out there know, we cannot throw anything away!

This Grip-it stuff has a very unique feel, texture and appearance, so I thought that I would re-purpose it for Earth day and use it in a card. So here it is:

The card stock colors are Very Vanilla, Soft Suede and Pacific Point. The stamp sets are Flower Shop, Petite Petals, and Sweetly Framed.
The next stop is Debbie Mageed at Secret Stamper #6 on the Pals Blog Hop! Thanks for visiting and  I hope to see you next month.

  4. How fun is that Diane! I work in HR, my first thought was a card for some of my employees, mix in a little MDS for the embellishment "Get a grip." There are days....
