Gingham Garden

It is getting to be that time of year when I look at my DSP and try to use the ones I haven't used in a while.  Gingham Garden fits that bill.

This is the perfect time to begin using it again because everything is beginning to turn green here in New England and the flowers are beginning to bloom.

Here is a bit of Gingham garden for Mother's Day.

You may notice a bit of decorative stitching on my card today.  As I said last week, I may start stitching on cards a bit more as I have purchased a new sewing machine.

  1. Diane, I really like this Mother's Day card - so fresh and kind of reminds me of a picnic basket with the gingham and stitching. Lucky you to get a new sewing machine - you've inspired me to wipe the dust off mine and do some stitching! PS... love the name of your blog

    1. Thanks, Angie. I started using my old machine to do a few cards here and there and it gave me the sewing bug again. So now I have a new machine and am rearranging my craft space yet again!
