January Paper Pumpkin

Each month, around the middle of the month, I receive a surprise in the mail.  It is called Paper Pumpkin.

Paper Pumpkin is a monthly kit from Stampin' Up! that provides the paper, envelopes, stamps and ink to create various projects.  All you supply is adhesive.

This kit is great for those of you who are new to stamping.  For a modest cost, you receive the supplies and instructions to create projects, as well as begin to build up a supply of inks and stamps for future projects.

For those of you who are experience stampers, this kit provides you with the opportunity to create a project or a few quick cards with no preparation time at all.

Paper Pumpkin arrives in the mail and you can just sit down, open your surprise and enjoy a little carefree stamping time.  And you don't have to create the project exactly as described if you don't want to.  There are enough embellishments to be creative and do your own thing as I did below.  The suggested card was Crumb Cake color on the outside, but I flipped it and did the opposite.  I did 2 cards in Crumb Cake, one in the Strawberry and One in the Turquoise.  Four cards in all with envelopes in less than an hour!
