Color Challenges are always tough for me. This combination was especially challenging.
The Basic Gray was continually reminding me of a silver anniversary, so I created a 3D project that could be used as a favor or a small token remembrance.
Instead of submitting a favor with a "Thank You" sentiment, I changed this to a small gift box of candy with the sentiment "Happy Anniversary".
The "nugget" box was cut from Red Riding hood, 4" X 9.5" and scored at 5/8" and 1 and1/4" on all four sides. The Basic Gray is from the SU Patterns Stack, Neutrals Collection. I used alternate sides of the designer paper for the box cover and belly band (paired with the Calypso Coral) and for covering the nuggets. The milk chocolate Hershey Nuggets are wrapped in silver foil, which complimented the Basic Gray nicely.
