I made my own DSP, (isn't that so much fun?) using the Stripes Decorative Mask.
The eyeballs are colored with the Tangelo Twist Marker and then a dollop of Crystal Effects was added to make them glossy,

I actually dropped my card stock into the case when I was trying to take it out of the case.
