I used Baked Brown Sugar Card Stock and Ink on a Naturals Ivory Card Stock base.
I moved my sewing machine into my stamping room yesterday, work room do-over, so I was able to stitch the lace/burlap ribbon onto the card stock in no time flat. No more going downstairs to the sewing machine. I see more stitching on cards in the future.

Mojo Monday Etcetera
I have said this before and I know I will say it again, but, I LOVE it when it is all about the paper I have so much fun clipping out the pieces of DSP to tell my story, or sort of tell it, anyway.
I am still sick today and was not able to go to work. I was going to pass on my blog post today, but because the paper was so accommodating, I was able to put this together quickly and get back under the covers.
This DSP, Etcetera, lent itself well to my message and the Mojo Monday Sketch.

Can you tell that naturals and browns are my colors? Soft Suede, Baked Brown Sugar and Naturals Ivory are the card stock colors here. Ink is Soft Suede.

Mojo Monday 332
The weekend is over and it is time for Mojo Monday. Because I am a Monday-Friday, "9-5-er" I generally do not look forward to Monday, except for Mojo Monday.
I have only recently begun participating, and I totally enjoy these challenges. Do yourself a favor and give it a try; you'll be glad you did.
Here is my card for this week:
I saw Mary Fish's post today where she realized she had not made a valentine for her daughter. Her statement made me realize that I had not saved a valentine card for my husband. So this card is for him. And don't worry, he never reads my blog, so he will be surprised on Friday!
All products are Stampin' Up! The ink is Sahara Sand and Real Red and the card stock is Crumb Cake.

The best way to become a more accomplished stamper or card-maker is to participate in challenges. I am trying to participate in more challenges in 2014 and Mojo Monday is always a fun challenge.
